(5-May-05) Update
We have received emails from nice people sending in their pics and video
of the Monaro in Targa 04 & 05. We'll be posting them up in the next few days.
We're always happy to receive pics/video of the Monaro so please send any
you might have to webadmin@stevecoad.com
Also looking for any pics of Paul/Dough in Car 608 (Torana A9X) or Jim/Steve
in 704 (Green BMW M3).
we decided that its only fair to give something back, so we will pick a few 'contributors'
at random at the end of the month and send them a DVD of the Monaro at Targa 2004.
(2-May-05) Homeward Bound.....
The Monaro is packed up in to its mobile home and goes back to the workshop
to get ready for the next fang in Targa West.
The rest of us with the odd headache also pack up and head back home.
Big thanks to All the people of Tasmania for their hospitality.

Paul Wilson / Doug Farndale in the A9X Torana (608) and Jim Wallace / Steve Davies (704)
Also did well and crossed the line with no problems.
(30-April-05) Day 4 - Hobart - Burnie
A bit of a damp day for all in Targa. Drizzel and slippy conditions
see's steve & the monaro slow down a bit through day 4.
Steve's usual co-pilot Rachael has to leave the Navigator seat and Damien
Steps in to 'guide' Steve for Days 4 & 5...... lucky man.....
A good consistent day up to the night stop at Burnie.
Tomorrow is the last day of Traga 2005 with the drive down to
Hobart through some sensational stages such as Mt Arrowsmith.
Unlike Last Year Steve Nailed the Nasty Natone Stage with NO
Problems,,,,,,
Some of us who have travelled down to Tassie for the weeken are
suffering due to the cold and perhaps a few to many of the fantasic local brews ;o)
(29-April-05) Day 3 - The Southern Loop (Around Hobart)
Friday see's Steve & Rachael take the Monaro around some tasty stages around Hobart.
A few other members of the 'extended' team fly in to see how things are going and checkout reports of a TellyTubby sighting!

Steve headed off around the Northern Loop (Launceston - Deveport - Launcestion).
The weather was fine and Steve took the Monaro around Legana, Hollwell warming up for the rest of the day .
(26-April-05) Targa Tasmania Starts
Targa Tasmania 2005 started today in George Town with Prologue.
Steve took the Monaro around the stage at his usual flat out pace but after
a little spin he lost some time and then he was faced with a burning Ferrari 308 !
So a slow time was set, but the real race begins tomorrow......
More updates to follow....
